Privacy Policy
What personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
Effective 25 September 2026 · Last updated 25 September 2026 · v1.0
In short
Customer contact information is private by default. A professional does not receive your phone number simply because you viewed their profile or posted a requirement — it is released on your request or consent, and the release is recorded.
Labour contractors do not receive customer phone numbers by default. This is enforced in the platform itself, not only in the interface.
