Why Nirmaara exists
Building a home or a commercial space usually starts with a plot and a list of phone numbers gathered from friends, relatives and passing signboards. There is no reliable way to compare who has actually built what, at what size, in what time.
Nirmaara collects that evidence in one place: completed projects with sizes and dates, references we contact ourselves, documents we review individually, and a clear record of which checks are done and which are not.
We build city by city — Pune and PCMC first — because a directory is only useful when it is deep enough in the place you are actually building.
