We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as the Rules require. Please include enough detail to identify the listing or content in question.
What we cannot help with
Nirmaara introduces customers to professionals. It is not a party to the contract you sign with one, does not supervise work, hold money in escrow, or arbitrate disputes about quality, delay, payment or scope. Those sit between you and the professional you chose. We will, however, act on evidence that a listed professional misrepresented themselves to us — that goes to the address above.
